Disadvantaged women and men, landless, marginal and small farmers, rural and urban hardcore poor, street children, adolescent boys and girls, youths, etc. constitute the major target beneficiaries of Padakhep. The organization strives to enhance the socio-economic conditions of the target beneficiaries through different interventions like microfinance, agriculture, health, education, etc. Different government, NGOs and international agencies are involved in implementing these interventions. Impacts/outcome generated due to the interventions include increased income and savings, increased access to health, sanitation nutrition and education services, increased purchasing capacities, etc. of the target beneficiaries.
